Will we ever get to see Rey wield her yellow saber in action? Probably not in the movies, but surely there will be volumes of books and comics and animated series and games that will continue her story eventually. Also, while not considered canon, Jedi Master Plo Koon carried a yellow saber in the game Jedi Power Battles.
